He had a long R&D experience in the automotive field (Fiat Research Center, Turin, Italy), managed more than 15 R&D projects funded by European Union and Automotive Industry. The most significant experience was the management of a project with 12 companies from 3 European states (Germany, Italy and France), from automotive OEMs to suppliers. After the management of Commercial Trucks Product Development jointly with IVECO Brazil, led the Chinese project platform, which involved Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Finance and Sales & Marketing. As representative of Nissan Motor Limited in Dongfeng Automobile, Joint Venture with Dongfeng Group, as member of Board of Directors and in the role of Executive Vice President, assume full P&L responsibility for the company. He is now Senior Vice president of Shanghai Launch Automobile Design.

Additionally, Laura serves as POLIS' Just Transition Co-coordinator, ensuring the promotion of the Just Transition Agenda throughout the network's activities.
Laura holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a master's degree in Transportation Systems from the Technical University of Munich. Before joining POLIS, she completed a traineeship at the European Commission (DG MOVE), working within the Sustainable and Intelligent Transport Unit.

Andrea Crespi, who graduated in economics from 'La Sapienza' University in Rome (1993), made his debut in the automotive business at Ford in 1995, where he began his professional career with roles of increasing responsibility in the different sectors of finance, after sales, sales and marketing.
In the course of his experience, he also held positions at international level, becoming Marketing Director After Sales at Ford Europe's headquarters in Germany in 2007. Subsequently, he was entrusted with the management of the Vehicle Personalization division. Four years later, he returned to Ford Italy, gaining top-level experience first as Sales Director (2011), then as Marketing Director.
He joined Hyundai Italia in 2013 in the role of Managing Director. In August 2022 he was appointed President. This is the first time in our market that this role has been entrusted to an Italian manager.

He was a promoter of initiatives such as the creation of the Spare Parts Distribution Consortium as a Board Member and Project Manager of specific innovation projects. Elected president of AsConAuto - Associazione Consorzi Concessionari Autoveicoli (Association of Car Dealers Consortia), the largest active entity for the distribution of original spare parts in Europe, for the three-year period of 2022-2024. He is also the president of the Consorzio DOC Ricambi Originali in Padua. Prior to joining the family business full-time in 1990, he worked at Banca Commerciale Italiana's London office in the Broker Investigation department. Upon joining Scarabel Spa, his first assignment was to develop Business Management, and he became responsible for the Porsche brand in 1993. He oversaw the economic-financial planning and organisational development of Euganea Motori, Alemagna Motori, Auto Technik, Garage Südtirol, Horizon Automotive NE, and other group activities. Today, the Scarabel Group represents brands such as Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, Cupra, VW Commercial Vehicles, Ducati, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, and Aixam in 14 locations. As the sole director of the group, he graduated in Business Economics, with a legal focus from Cà Foscari University of Venice. His thesis on "Economic and Organisational Problems in Commercial Automobile Distribution," advised by Professor Giuseppe Volpato, a founding partner of Quintegia, "a special person who gave me so much and whom I like to remember on the day of my election as president of AsConAuto".

He created the used car programme "bargains of the lion" for Peugeot Italy dealers in 2009 and then had experience with large foreign btob and btoc groups in Luxembourg and Barcelona. After a brief interlude as Audi brand manager, having stopped "explaining" to dealers how to develop business with second-hand cars and being a trainer, he embarked on the experience of partner-owner of a historic Hyundai reality (born in 1987) three weeks before the lockdown (2020). A sports enthusiast, for a long time he practiced competitive athletics as a sprinter, first winning the regional championship, then the Italian championship in the junior category and then participating in the European championships in Athens. Before entering AutoScout24 in 2017, Manetti served as COO at Gumtree, an eBay subsidiary in London, where she was responsible for marketing, product and user experience, customer support, and customer insights for all platforms. Previously she was the General Manager of eBay Classifieds, and she held managing jobs in other companies such as eBay Inc, Rodale International e Bain & Company. Bernard Lycke is the Director General of CECRA, the European Council for Motor Trades and Repairs, bringing together national professional associations, which represent the interests of motor trade and repair businesses, and European Dealer Councils on behalf of vehicle dealers for specific makes.
He has been responsible for CECRA’s office in Brussels since 1st of February 2011.
His function primarily consists of representing/promoting the interest of the car dealers and repairers in Europe to(wards) the European institutions (EC, EP, etc.). He monitors the work of these institutions and develops and maintains high representation with the aim to follow up and influence the decision-makers automotive stakeholders in general such as its counterpart ACEA (manufacturers), CLEPA (suppliers), FIA (consumers) and many others. CECRA is the unique representative of the dealers and repairers in GEAR2030 Group.
Prior to that, he was the Secretary General of G.D.A. (Belgian “Groupement des Distributeurs et Agents de Marques Automobiles”, member of FEDERAUTO ASBL, Confederation of Automotive Trade and Repair, and Related Sectors).
In the area of car distribution, he is a member of the E.D.L. network (European Distribution Lawyers, www.eudistributionlawyers.eu), an international association of lawyers and representatives of professional federations active in the distribution sector.

Graduated in Psychology with specialisation in Work and Organisational Psychology in 1999 from the University of Padua. In 2001 she went on to take the State Examination and enrol in the Register.
In 2002 she arrived at Giorgio Marra Automobili and was entrusted with the task of Telephone Report Management. Her innate curiosity led her to learn all processes, both service and sales, and to manage Iso Certification. As her skills increased, she began to manage marketing and was appointed Marketing Manager. In 2009, Giorgio Marra was transferred to Bossoni Automobili and continued her journey as Marketing Manager not only for the VGI brands but also for the entire Fiat Group. On the return of her second pregnancy, in 2012, she is offered the great opportunity to undertake the brand new path of Customer Satisfaction Manager, which will then be transformed over the years into Customer Experience Manager.
In May 2021, she proposes the 2H Project to the Management, which is immediately embraced and which requires numerous implementations that will then go live in December 2021. In the meantime, in addition to maintaining the role of Cex Manager, he starts working closely with the Personnel Director, Giovanni Sala Danna and, with him and his colleagues in the 2H team, carries out numerous projects for the well-being of colleagues.
He is also involved in personnel selection for the VGI brands and in 2023 obtained the international Volkswagen Customer Lead Management Certification.
Mother of two super busy children in sports and music and therefore qualified to work her magic to fit it all in.

Plinio Vanini began his journey at Autotorino in 1985, after the premature passing of his father, leaving his great passion for farming in the background.
From a salon with workshop in Morbegno, in small steps he began to outline what today is Autotorino, thanks to an extremely personalized model of offer, a multi-brand proposal and multiple mobility services becoming the Italian leader in the sector since 2015 and consolidating its role by its own lines and subsequent acquisitions.
The company has maintained its headquarters in Valtellina and has more than 70 branches in 24 provinces in Lombardy, Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna, Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Lazio. One of its hallmarks is a vision oriented toward quality and innovation in organizational models and services offered to the public, supported by constant investment in training, research and development-a path that has earned Autotorino numerous times the national award for Management Innovation from the Automotive Dealer Day jury.
Since 2019, the scientific committee of Luiss University and CERVED has awarded Autotorino the Industria Felix Prize, annually confirming the group among the best-performing national companies in terms of management and ability to produce employment, as well as financial reliability. The latter aspect is also recognized by the CR Awards promoted by Milano Finanza MF-Centralerisk, which listed Autotorino among the 100 most punctual companies in relations with the financial and banking system in the years 2022 and 2023.

Steve joined ICDP as Managing Director in March 2010, but has links to the program going back to its formation in 1994. He has worked extensively in the distribution area with cars, commercial vehicles and agricultural products, primarily in Europe, but also in developing markets. Prior to joining ICDP, Steve was Chief Executive of LDV Group and Chief Operating Officer of GAZ International until December 2007, when he left due to his wife's illness. During his tenure there, he led a turnaround of LDV, recruiting new dealers in the UK and launching export markets in Belgium, France, Netherlands and Spain. He also introduced new channels for remarketing of used vehicles and a branded daily rental business. From 1985-2004, he was one of the leaders of the A.T. Kearney global automotive practice, working with manufacturers, suppliers and distributors in Europe, America and Asia. He led the development of the IndeGo "next generation car company" concept which incorporated a number of fundamental changes to the distribution model on both new car supply and aftermarket customer relationships, many of which we now see coming to market.
